Today we continue our Local distillery week and review the Koval Whiskey Sample Pack. It's not local to us. But the Chicago distillery is local to our good friend @AndersErickson , who gifted us this whiskey sampler. We are stoked to try it out!

We sample the Koval bourbon, rye, and four grain whiskeys individually. Then, Riley blind tastes test them in the Lion's Tail cocktail. It is a recipe that combines sour and tiki notes, and it is delicious.
