Watch the video in full to understand:
- differences between fully furnished, part-furnished and unfurnished rental properties
- what 'fully furnished' usually includes- though this does vary from one home to the next
- the benefits of a furnished rental home
- the disadvantages of a furnished rental flat or house, such as the risk to your deposit if there is any damage to furniture during your rental period and higher rental costs
- what 'part-furnished' typically includes and how the tenancy agreement can help to clarify things
