This Summer Solstice weekend, a group of us met to learn and practice Enlightenment Qigong on the sacred landscape of Glastonbury in the UK. At the end of the weekend, on June 21st (the longest day of the year) we all went to the top of the Tor to do the sequence. This video shows just two of us doing the form together on that day.
