Spain's leftist government has approved a draft bill which will finance the exhumation of victims of the country's 1936-39 civil war and the Franco dictatorship from hundreds of mass graves. Deputy Prime Minister Carmen Calvo says "Spanish democracy could not afford another day without having a law like this on the table."
