Floating Villa Dubai. In their quest for outrageous luxury, Dubai Developers are really digging deep to find new ways to engage and indulge billionaire’s pockets. Today we will talk about villa compound, next to (and part of) The World Islands. The World Islands, is an archipelago of small artificial islands constructed in the shape of a world map, located in the waters of the Persian Gulf, 4.0 kilometers off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the 300 islands began in 2003, before halting due to the 2008 financial crisis. Today only handful of islands are being developed and have some structures actually built.
Floating villas have three levels, main deck, upper deck and submerged level. It has two bedrooms, master and guest, 4 bathrooms, three kitchenets for each level and amazing lounge. Their submerge see through walls are 10cm thick plexiglass panels. Listed price for each unit is 20million UAD or 5,5 million USD.
