Follow the below to trim long videos on Android:
1. Open the video you want to shorten in the Google Photos app on your Android phone.
2. Select Edit in the bottom menu.
3. You will now see a reel below the video. Slide the white lines on each end of the reel to trim off each side of the video.
4. Select Save copy. The new trimmed video will be created on your Android phone and can be emailed or posted to social media.
