Here is a footage of Los Angeles Metro 8705 on the J Line, also known as the Silver Line/910. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Metro focused on trying some different improvements for the Silver Line in terms of commuting experience. By that, Metro launched a proposal to throw in some of their sixty-foot buses on the Silver Line during selected peak hour trips to help enhance ridership since the 45C buses were struggling to keep up with ridership demand. Now, the sixty-foot buses, both NABI 60-BRT CNGS and New Flyer XN60s, are still being used on the Silver Line every day, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic to help implement social distancing and in adherence to health guidelines for the safety of both the bus drivers and the public. Here is 8705 on the Silver Line; these future artics perform nicely on the freeway and it is definitely worth the express ridership experience if one is traveling by bus on the freeway. Oh, and do not forget the plug-in adapters since these New Flyer artics are equipped with "life savior" devices.
