👨🍳 First question you should ask yourself when choosing your DAW is “What am I hoping to accomplish?” It may seem like all DAWs do the same thing but there are small differences in the tools and functions each DAW can perform! For example, if you’re a bit more savvy with technical skills and are looking to dive into sound engineering or just have more tools at hand then maybe Pro Tools is a better choice! On the other hand, if you want something more user friendly and less technical then Logic Pro might be it! Logic has most of their tool that are easy to understand and use! Some other DAWs are better at recording multiple tracks at once.. so if you’re looking to record most of your music with drum sets and guitars then maybe go for something like FL Studio! That’s why some producers like to use multiple DAWs for different types of music!
