Learning about the "Personalities of Colors" is a helpful tool for host coaching, recruiting and interacting with your team members... and for understanding your co-workers, spouses, kids, friends, in-laws... any people you have to deal with.

This training will cover how different personalities speak and hear things differently and how to communicate according to these different personalities. The result is better communication and less misunderstandings.
