INGREDIENTS
(Dates Filling)
Dates - 500g (Deseeded)
Melted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
(Shortbread)
Butter - 200g
Sugar - 1/2 Cup | 100g (Powdered)
Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup
Egg - 1 Large
Milk Powder - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp
Flour - 500g
Baking Powder - 1/4 Tsp
BAKE @ 190C FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN
