How To Whip Cream | Stiff Peaks Whipped Cream | How To Make Whipped Cream | Whipped Cream Icing
Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup
Icing Sugar/Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Steps:
1. Take an icy cold bowl by keeping in freezer for 15 mins before making whipped cream.
2. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream or heavy cream.
3. Beat untill soft peaks are formed.
4. Add 2 tbsp icing sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
5. Beat untill stiff peaks are formed. Will take 5-6 mins.
6. Voila! Whipped Cream is ready to use.
Use it as a topping for cakes, smoothies or shakes. Enjoy!
