This quick video guide shows a little trick to enable fast traveling with Survival mode turned on. This could be used only when necessary or when you're ust tired of the journey. Just go in some location that loads into another cell. Now Exit that Cell. Open the map right as you appear in the open world again and fast traveling is usable. Status of hunger, warmth, fatigue doesn't matter. If it doesn't work at first it means the timing was off. Just go back in and exit again. Then try to open the map a little faster. It should work at least after three times. Try to do it before your condition gets serious though. If it still isn't working eat something until you're no longer hungry or sleep until you're refreshed before trying it but it shouldn't be necessary.
