RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL HORSE BUSINESS WITH STAFF
The horse industry is a funny one when trying to run a successful horse business. You can be doing everything right and it can go south and you can be doing everything wrong and doors open up. It's the luck of the draw sometimes. But we can't always be counting on luck to have our back. It's the horse industry remember and everybody knows everybody. If you're looking to run a successful horse business, you need to make sure your staff has your back. Even if you've only one other person, you can't treat them poorly, believing there's going to be some other person lined up looking to take that position.

In today's video, we go over how you're going to work with your staff and form a bond that will transfer respect back and forth. By doing this, you'll end up not only running a successful horse business, it's going to feel like a breeze. Why? Because you are no longer running it as a boss vs employees hierarchy. Now you're running it as a team, one where everybody wants to reach an end goal and help each other. You're going to be able to manage the day and your workers instead of watching them get frustrated and leave. One thing to remember is that your boarders and your staff are your bread and butter. Handle them with fine-knit gloves.
