You can find 16 Healable NPC's in the game. Healing 12 NPCs is required to unlock Shionne’s Skill Panel "Goddess of Kindness", and to unlock some quests. You can't miss healable NPC's.

0:01 - Heal map skill unlock - Healing is unlocked in Ulzebek relatively early; you will trigger a custscene where Shionne unlocks healing.

0:48 - NPC #2, Location: Cyslodia, Underground Waterway
1:08 - NPC #3, Location: Cyslodia, Frozen Valley
1:22 - NPC #4-6, Menancia, Overseer Hill - You will have to heal them during the story quest "A Healer and Her Patients"
2:47 - NPC #7, Location: Menancia, Tietal Plain
3:03 - NPC #8, Location: Menancia, Traslida Highway
3:21 - NPC #9, Location: Menancia, Talka Pond Road
3:38 - NPC #10, Location: Menancia, Mount Dhiara, Mountain Trail
4:01 - NPC #11, Location: Menancia, Mount Dhiara, Mountain Trail
4:30 - NPC #12, Location: Mahag Saar, Adan Lake
5:03 - NPC #13, Location: Ganath Haros, Shinefall Woods - Unlocked after reaching "Rena" region
5:21 - NPC #14, Location: Ganath Haros, Lavtu Marshlands - This is unlocked after you defeat 5th Lord, before you can't find the NPC there
5:44 - NPC #15, Location: Lenegis, Residential Zone 16
6:04 - NPC #16, Location: Other, Daeq Faezol, Lower Level - This is inside the space station you will visit during the story
