The African Development Bank's Gender Envoy believes the time for talking on women's empowerment and gender equality is over.
Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi was speaking on the sidelines of the 60th session of the Commission on the Status of Women in New York.
The former South African Cabinet Minister was also days earlier named New African Magazine's 2016 Woman of the Year for her work on the continent.
