When will home prices drop? It's a question constantly in real estate news lately and from potential home buyers. The pandemic really inflated home prices and would-be home buyers keep wondering when home price drops will start to happen.

I found 3 Bergen County towns where home price drops seem to be showing some consistency the past few months. Bergen County has seen home prices increase ~5% from 2022, but these 3 towns are showing a possible glimmer of hope that home prices may be leveling off and even dropping. Time will tell!
