🌸 Ingredients -
* 500 gm - Chicken
* 5-6 Medium size - Onion 🧅 (250 gm)
* 2 Tbsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste
* 1 Bay Leaf
* 4-5 Tbsp - Mustard Oil
* 1/2 Cup - Chopped Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
* 2 Tsp - Red chili powder
* 1/2 Tsp - Coriander powder
* 1/2 Tsp - Cumin powder
* 1/2 Tsp - Turmeric powder
* 1/2 Tsp - Garam Masala
* Salt as per taste
* Few Coriander leaves for garnishing.
🌸 Method -
1. Heat a Kadhai (wok) on medium heat.
2. Add mustard oil and the bay leaf. Once the oil is hot, add chopped onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes until onions become translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add chopped methi (fenugreek leaves) and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the washed chicken and stir continuously. Cover the Kadhai and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 2-5 minutes to prevent sticking. Add salt as per taste.
6. After 15-20 minutes, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes to combine the spices and cook the chicken.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
8. Sukha Chicken is ready to be served. Enjoy!
