A new episode of Alachua County Talks, featuring an interview with Fest organizer Tony Weinbender, is now available. The interview covers the storied history of the punk rock music festival, as well as what to expect from this year’s event.
“Alachua County has been a proud sponsor of Fest since 2017, using bed tax dollars paid by visitors to the county,” Show host Mark Sexton said. “I was happy to do a deep dive into the fascinating story of The Fest’s growth from humble beginnings to one of the biggest punk festivals in the country.”
