Colonel Dmitri Agarnov of the Russian Army has come to Fort Courage to visit his cousin Randolph Agarn, and to study American cavalry methods. But much to Captain Parementer's chagrin, the colonel seems much more interested in studying Wrangler Jane. Larry Storch plays dual roles, which is always enjoyable.
