Here's how I form one of the generic and really inexpensive anti-snoring mouthpieces that you can buy on Ebay or Amazon. I show how I custom-fit it to my mouth. The process involves boiling water, heating the mouth piece and placing your jaw in a particular position while the hot mouthpiece molds itself into your teeth and gums. I then cool it off in cold water. The important part is that I found out is based on how you are holding your lower jaw, the better the mouthpiece seemed to work in curtailing my snoring.
