Car was throwing codes P0715 and P0303. P0715 was velocity speed sensor or something similar, but I found that it was a bad transmission speed sensor.
Symptoms were rough idle and very rough shifts between gears. In manual mode, shifts lagged a lot before engaging next gear. During test drive after changing sensor car shifted through all gears smoothly and there was no lag when shifting manually.
