(25 Nov 2017) A senior opposition official in Kenya said on Saturday that he does not recognise the result of a repeat presidential election, which was held on October 26.
Musalia Mudavadi urged members of parliament "not to participate in vetting Uhuru Kenyatta's cabinet and other appointments."
Kenya's Supreme Court decided to uphold the 26 October election victory by President Uhuru Kenyatta after an initial vote in August.
Dozens of people have been killed in clashes since the August vote.
