1. Make sure to have money ready to be laundered, but do not collect it.
2. Go into any activity
3. Once it starts, collect your money and purchase upgrades for your character.
4. No more money left? It's okay. Hit start and select 'Retry or exit activity', then retry activity.
5. When loaded, press start and surprise! You have money ready to be laundered and the purchase you made will stick.

Rinse and repeat.
