Patient: Jonathan Crane, aka "The Scarecrow".
Psychotic. Obsessive. Highly intelligent. Manipulative. Considered a high danger; best kept in the maximum security wing and isolated from the other patients.
Addendum: Keep him away from all chemicals, including simple cleaning products like dishwash.
