On Today's Adventure...
First, we head to Tysons Galleria Mall on our search for the best pizza in Northern Virginia. Up on the 3rd floor is the recently re-opened Urban Space, a high end food court and home to Andy's Pizza. Pizza at a mall food court...maybe sketchy at a normal mall, but this is Tysons Fancy Mall! Is the pizza good...??? Find out!
After that we wandered around looking for somewhere to hang out and found a bunch of places closed. We went to the Perch, the new 11th story food truck and courtyard area, and found out that the new Starr Hill Biergarten was closed due to weather. Wegman's bar was closed too, so we walked over to the Archer Hotel bar...closed...
Next we hit up a comedy show at the new Capitol One Hall in Tysons. This is an AWESOME new venue and the perfect place to see a comedy show. We saw comedian Leanne Morgan and the world famous Brain "Breakfast" Bates from the Nateland Podcast. It was a great show!
Somehow our next spot ended up being a grocery store again, and let me tell you, AWESOME DECISION! The High Point Pub in While Foods Tysons is a bar and arcade at the top of a Whole Foods, so who wouldn't love that. We played some foosball, Ninja Turtles arcade game, pinball and the claw machine. Did I mention beers here are like $5!
Along the way we also hung out at Tysons AKB Hotel Bar at the Hotel Archer, which opened in the evening. And we ended the night with oysters and oyster shooters at Whole Foods bartender Umberto's favorite hangout in Tysons, Patsy's American. We knew what to do, slide past the restaurant to the secret back bar!
Overall there are so many cool things to do, and so many bars in Tysons Corner. We didn't go to half of them so let us know in the comments where to go on our next adventure.
