Living in the Sabin neighborhood in inner Northeast Portland is fantastic! We are walkable to Wholefoods, coffeeshops such as Starbucks, Guilder and Capitola, as well as restaurants and bars on Fremont and the Alberta Arts Neighborhood. Our elementary School is Sabin Elementary, our Middle School is Harriet Tubman and our Highschool is Grant Highschool. It's a lovely vibrant community! Most errands can be completed without car and we are about 12 minutes to Downtown Portland!
