James Lovell is a bookmaker with DragonBet (formerly John Lovell racing) who is an on-course bookmaker and chairman of the Welsh on-course bookmakers association and chairman of the national on-course bookmakers association. Simon Nott met him after racing at Chepstow to discuss his journey into the game and the planned launch of DragonBet.
