The Monthly Neighborhood Nurture SmartPlans (MNNS) are now going back out to your Contacts from your KW Command Database. Keller Williams is using a company called Mailjet to send out those nurtures. It's important that you set-up your ReplyTo email address within Keller Williams Command so that if your Contacts were to reply to the email, you would receive it.
