Chicken parts (6-8 thighs)
Red wine vinegar - 1 cup
Chicken Stock - 1 cup - [ Ссылка ]
Tomatoes - 1 can diced Italian
Butter - 2 T
Olive Oil - 2T
Kosher Salt + Pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken, about 5 minutes per side.
Add vinegar, stock and tomatoes.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
