Prophet Row Protests | Protesters in Bengal's Nadia district pelted stones and damaged a local train on Sunday, June 12.The incident took place after locals took out protest march against suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma's comment on Prophet Muhammad. Some protesters barged into the railway station and vandalised the train. After the incident, train services have been halted on that route. As per the reports, several protestors had blocked National Highway 34 but then some people reached Bethuadahari railway station and vandalised the local train. Watch the report to know more.
