A UPDF soldier in Gulu is handed a 15 year jail term by a military court. Private Alfred Adrani Drichi was charged with murder he committed at Opit village, Lakwana sub county in Gulu district.
It is alleged that the accused officer went on a shooting spree on the 7th of February this year, after he was robbed by unidentified youth. One man was killed in the incident and 4 others got injured.
