Fire Log Pose, also known as Agnistambhasana in Sanskrit, is a seated pose that is great for opening the hips and stretching the groins and buttocks. To perform this pose, start by sitting on your mat with your legs stretched out in front of you. Bend your knees and slide your left foot under your right leg to the outside of your right hip, laying the outer leg on the floor. Then stack your right leg on top of your left, so your right ankle sits on your left knee and your right knee sits on your left ankle. If possible, your shins should be stacked like fire logs, hence the name of the pose. Place your hands on your upper shin and stay in the pose for a few breaths, then switch sides.
