As a Russian I've been noticing the overlap between Western right wing talking points and Russian propaganda for a pretty long time now - many Westerners idolize Russia and think it's a model society full of BASED traditional values. Some Westerners even think Russia is a free country. Since the start of the war in Ukraine, this obsession with Russia on the right has only increased - Russia has been promoting itself as a conservative nation, and many Westerners fall for it. Recently, after seeing Joe Rogan blame Ukraine for WW3 on his podcast, I decided to make a video discussing why conservatives like Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson and so on love Russia so much.
