In today's video, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim discussed the incredible benefits of ispaghol intake, including how it can reduce the risk of blood pressure spikes in people, ease piles (hemorrhoids) and constipation symptoms, help to reduce stomach bloating after meals, and help you maintain a healthy weight (ispaghol se wazan kam karna).
Psyllium fiber (ispaghol) is produced from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant's seeds (ispaghol ka chilka). Ispaghula is another name for it. Psyllium (ispaghol) is a type of fiber that acts as a laxative that is gentle and bulk-forming (ispaghol qabz k liye).
Psyllium, like other soluble fibers, passes through the small intestine without being broken down or absorbed completely. Instead, it absorbs water and forms a viscous compound that aids in constipation, diarrhea, blood sugar control, blood pressure, cholesterol control, and weight loss (ispaghol ke fayde).
Dosage:
Psyllium is commonly taken in doses of 5-10 g with meals at least once per day.
When it comes to fiber, however, more is not always better. It is critical to take it with water and then drink plenty of water throughout the day.
