Police are investigating after a woman was robbed outside a bank in Anne Arundel County. According to police, surveillance video shows two men robbing an 80-year-old woman as she left the Annapolis Bank of America. "It's quite disgusting and brazen. At the same time, we're outraged and sure our community members are outraged as well," Anne Arundel County police spokesman Justin Mulcahy said.
