2 cups all purpose flour/ white flour
1 cup refine white sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup fresh milk/ i use almond milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
Glaze:
1 cup Semi sweet chocolate melted with 2 tbsp fresh milk
1 cup White chocolate melted with 2 tbsp fresh milk
Toppings:
Rainbow sprinkles
Flakes sweet coconut
Sanding sugar
