Good they are small and lightweight and like the Rode Wireless Go the FotoWelt Air has a built-in microphone.
Good: Unlike the Rode Wireless Go the FotoWelt Air system has a OLED screen on both the transmitter and the receiver not just the receiver.
Good: The FotoWelt Air has the ability to adjust the levels in single decibels increments where as the Rode Wireless Go system only gives you three preset levels you can set.
The last thing on the good side I want to mention is, another feature that FotoWelt Air has that the Rode Wireless Go does not and that is real-time monitoring. If you are using a camera that does not have a headphone jack no worries you can still monitor your audio. This is great especially for people that shoot with mobile phones.
Bad: The +/- levels buttons are easy to accidentally push and when handling the packs. I really wish there was a lock switch to prevent any accidental button pushes.
Bottomline if you like the way the FotoWelt Air sound and plan to use them in close range then these are a great deal. You get a wireless microphone system with the same small form factor as the Rode Wireless Go but with more features and functionality and at half the price.
