I decided to try this challenge (50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups in under 5 minutes). I must say that it's not so easy but it's definitely possible to complete it. Keep in mind that I was not training any dips or push-ups for 9 months already because I was focusing on other things (one arm handstand is my number 1 priority for 9 months now). So I'm not doing any push-ups or dips on my training sessions and that's why I'm not so good at doing push-ups at the moment. But anyways, no excuses, I tried this challenge and you can see the results in the video.
