An educational video to demonstrate lumbar massage techniques for lower back pain with anatomy and key points during a treatment. Once you press "play" this video will instruct you how to perform a 20 minute lower back massage using body and sports massage techniques. This video looks at the muscles being massaged to include the latissimus dorsi, quadratus lumborum, erector spinae, intercostals and glutes and also mentions the bony landmarks of the iliac crest, rib 12 and PSIS. Techniques used are effleurage, petrissage, compressions, stripping, frictions, lengthening.
