and when u feed it, it can become a monster, like a storm in your head telling yourself...i’m not good enough, i’m worthless and i can’t possibly be what they think i should be.
the thing is...u have all the control in ur thoughts
i learned how to stop caring about what others might think by expressing my uniqueness through my art, doing what i love...
and most importantly i believed in myself until i became confident just being me!
everyone’s beautiful and unique in their own way and that is your power.
conquering ur insecurities and gaining confidence can be a tough battle...
but once you’ve realized your strengths, you are unstoppable!
