There appears to be no end in sight to the power outages in Emfuleni. Residents they're approaching a second week without electricity. On Tuesday Roshnee and Rustervaal communities in Vereeniging took to the streets over inconsistent power outages in their area. Parts of suburbs have been in the dark for over a week now. This is as the cash-strapped Emfuleni Municipality battles to deliver services. eNCA's Manqoba Mchunu reports.
