Prof Mohan Singh Fair found and established in the year 1978 started by Shri Jagdev Singh Jassowal. The initial 26 fairs were held in district Ludhiana itself on the date of 20th October which happens to be the Birthday of Professor Mohan Singh and has been doings around major cities of Punjab every year.
