The Visiting United Kingdom’s Trade Envoy to Uganda Lord Dolar Popat, says there is need to quickly reform the space for small and medium enterprises keen on exports to the UK. He advises that the Ugandan businesses need to draw lessons from neighbouring Kenya, also a member of the East African Community which is aggressively exporting to the UK Market.
