Former President Jacob Zuma will have to stand trial for corruption and money laundering charges. This after the Pietermaritzburg High Court dismissed his application for a permanent stay of prosecution.
Zuma is accused together with the French arms company Thales of charges linked to the multi-billion rand arms deal.
The 77-page judgment read by Judge Jerome Mnguni was unanimous.
