This linear multi-stations vacuum forming machine is mainly consist of feeding part for the purpose of loading material sheet、pre-heating and heating station with ceramic heaters and cooling system、vacuum forming machine、transmitting sheet by clamp conveyor 、hydraulic system 、pneumatic system、vacuum system、water circulation system、electrical control system and so on . The processing flow as follows:
Manually put the packed sheet onto loading station and positioning on the stacking table — Automatically feeding ABS &HIPS sheet by suction pad —centering alignment—spiked chain press sheet and keep moving forward to pre-heating location—After pre-heating, the softened sheet continue to Heating station — the fully heated sheet with reasonable swaging — vacuum forming position-middle pressing frame come down for keeping sheet tightly with window plate—bubble blowing—forming mould up to position-upper framework come down for auxiliary forming if necessary such as complicated structure in corner for door and cabinet inner liner—vacuuming so that heated sheet can be absorbed onto the vacuum forming mold’s surface —upper framework go back to top position for waiting next circle— Cooling fan blow the wind for fast cooling inner liner after forming—de-molding—Forming mold descending— middle pressing frame upward back to original position for awaiting next circle — The finished inner liner move to unloading table by clamp conveyor — Picking up Table raising for coming down liner and then cylinder action as a slope to inclining finished liner to be sliding out.
