The main demands are:

• SC/ST should be give priority while assigning Govt. funds / schemes for poor people.
• Recommendations of Sachar Committee and Ranganath Mishra Committee report should be rejected immediately.
• Government Jobs reserved for candidate of Scheduled Caste Community to be filled without any further delay.
• All India services in the field of Judiciary - Indian Judiciary Services (IJS) should be introduced Like IAS and IPS.
