Guan Xiao Tong, born in Beijing, is an actor of Manchu descent. In 2016, she was admitted into the Beijing Film Academy after placing first in both the practical and written section of the Chinese College Entrance Examinations. Her father, Guan Shao Zeng, was an actor, and her grandfather, Guan Xue Zeng was the founder of Beijing Qinshu.

At she age of four, Xiao Tong received acclaim for her role in the 2003 film “Nuan.” She is referred to as the “Nation’s Daughter” in China and is regarded as one of the “Four Dan Actresses of the Post-90s Generation” along with Zheng Shuang, Zhou Dong Yu, and Yang Zi.

Xiao Tong is currently in a relationship with her “Sweet Combat” co-star idol Lu Han.

On 6 April 2022, she and her associated milk tea company were sued for a franchise contract dispute.
