We are halfway through the second installment of our "From Paris with Love" series, so we decided to take a brief detour to Los Angeles to check in with two of LA's best chefs, Matt Molina and Kris Yenbamroong.
These chefs prepare two of Action's favorite dishes: the seasonal crudo at Matt's restaurant Hippo and the crispy rice salad at Kris's restaurant Night+Market.
