Ingredients :
600 grams of flour
1.5 cups of warm milk ( 300 ml )
5 tablespoons of sugar ( 70 g )
1 tsp of salt ( 5 g )
1 egg
10 grams of instant yeast
50 grams of melted butter
1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes
* Because the flours are different from each other, if the mixture is a little hard, add 2 to 3 spoons of water or milk
* If the mixture is loose, add about a tablespoon or two of flour
2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
3. After 1 hour knead the dough a little and divide the dough into 8 equal parts
4. roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin
5. Shape the dough like I did
6. Spread the egg on the dough
7.Sprinkle a little sesame and sugar
8.Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C
