Human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) derived cardiomyocytes were obtained by using our Monolayer Differentiation Protocol (see Application Note: Efficient generation of cardiomyocytes from human pluripotent stem cells) [ Ссылка ]. The differentiation protocol is based on the consecutive activation and inhibition of Wnt signaling. During the differentiation process cells start to cluster in order to form contracting areas as shown in the video recorded at an early stage of differentiation.
